Our
main mission is to provide service to the mortgage lending industry in the form
of professional product and efficient turn around time.
The appraisal process is streamlined by our constant attention to your
needs, from the time we receive the pre-appraisal inquiry to the time we
complete the report.

During
the appraisal process we strive to keep the broker informed at all times.
If there is a problem gaining access to a property we call immediately.
If there are plans that are not ready we leave a message on the voice
mail of the mortgage broker. It is
our opinion that once the order is give to us it is now in our court. The broker should not waste time chasing down information as
to the stage of completion of the appraisal order. We desire to build confidence in our ability to deliver the
appraisal in 3-4 business days as a normal routine.

Our
standard turn around time is 3-4 days. That means that an order received on Monday will be back to
you on Thursday as normal business practice.
“Rush” orders can be done in 24 to 36 hours if the owner is fully
informed. The main lag time from
our end in processing a report is access to the subject property.
If we get all the information we need in this regard, such as business and
home phone numbers or the number of the selling
broker, it will facilitate rapid turn around time.
We are members of the Board of Realtors, with lock box keys to broker
listed properties. We work every
Saturday and will have most Saturday inspections on your desk Monday morning.

We
at Grace Appraisal Group believe in the use of modern technology.
This includes pagers and cell phones as well as digital cameras and the
potential for electronic delivery of appraisal reports (EDI).

Our
goal is to build a base of satisfied clients.
This includes a courier for rapid delivery of completed reports.
Also, we have a live person answering the phone until 8 PM Monday through
Thursday. Due to these factors that
favor service to our clients, any
necessary further information required by a lender or any correction or
refinement to any report can be on your desk that same day or sent to your
designated location. The bottom line is: SERVICE!
